"Destination account does not meet" ...

I am trying to transfer a character between one of my multiple accounts and I am getting this message:

"The destination account does not meet the requirements for an account to account transfer. "

It's the character "Shaynaa" (from Jaedenar) on this account I am trying to transfer to my other account that holds the character 'Shaina" (from Jaedenar).


What could I be doing wrong?
