Isn't the first time it's happened but -
#1 team on Vengeance 5v5 reporting that they got Duelist instead of Brutal Gladiator.
Plenty of teams obviously ranked high enough to have gotten Gladiator (Top 10, etc) getting Duelist.

Tell whoever needs to know please :)

Update:

Q u o t e:
Alright, ladies and gentlemen. Here's the deal.

Please submit an in-game petition with the following information:

Character Name and Realm
Team Name and Bracket (2v2, 3v3, 5v5)
Team Rating
Believed Ranking and Title

Note: Please specify somewhere within that you believe you've received the inappropriate title and ranking for Season 4 (or that you're missing a title completely).

We will be escalating these issues on for further, individual review. If your ticket is not escalated, please resubmit and email [email protected] as all such inquiries should be forwarded onto a team of Specialists.

Thank you. :)

Thank you for the information. I'll forward it up for further review.

Q u o t e:
Why would you not give guildlines for posting this "important" info.

"Important information" includes ratings, characters, team brackets, et al—essentially anything save infighting, insults, profanity, "bumps," or conversations which do not relate directly to this issue.

I don't wish to limit any data through strict guidelines, as such may inadvertently prevent a key piece of information from being listed in the process.

Essentially, stay on topic, don't be jerk, and obey the Code of Conduct. :)

Why are peoples posts being deleted, I'm interested in hearing what they have to say.

Profanity is not interesting. Please don't use it.

Q u o t e:
LOL why are you people posting your team information, it's not like they're going to read this and fix it to whoever posted on this thread, and not to people who didn't.

Every little bit helps.

With this, providing the information allows everyone herein an outlet, a way of contributing. This sort of action, in turn, often grants peace of mind.

Don't chastise that. :)

In the meantime, and although I value your feedback, I would appreciate it if you could keep any comments regarding my capabilities isolated to the above inbox. I would like to keep this thread organized and as on-topic as possible.

Thank you.

Q u o t e:
With 55+ pages of problems don't you think that a global fix is appropriate? There is obviously a problem with how the titles and rewards were calculated.

This is a course of action we're taking while investigation is ongoing. It's a measure of support we can provide in the interim.

Q u o t e:
Can we petition on an alt if we already have a ticket escalated on our main?

Yes. :)

Just make sure it's clear which character and team you're referencing.

Q u o t e:
Do we petition under "talk to a gm" or "report issue"?

Definitely "Talk to a GM" if you've the option. Either way, the report will be escalated.

Edit of a previous ticket okay? Or make a new one?

This should be fine. Just make sure that your petition is escalated.

If it isn't follow the advice I provided above.

no one talked to me and it just says, "We are currently experiencing a high number of petitions" not saying it was escalated

Go ahead and edit your petition, then, to include the information I noted.
