RAF Grant a Level not Working

I would really appreciate If a GM can quickly assist me in this matter, my friend is unable to grant me levels which would allow me to get to 58 so we can do outlands togeather. My friend had previously inquirered as to how many levels she can grant me and a GM told us 24, this was two days before the patch or so, now Ive got myself to level 34 and she has her level 60 but is not able to use her stored levels, I assumed cause of the big patch and all :(!!

Maybe.... xD If a GM can just level me to 58 after confirming how many levels my friend 'Nessiwick 'has
stored.

P.S My Alts name who needs the levels is Trissaa
