World event around Varian's return

It would have been cool if their was a world event that had Varian Wrynn's return to Stormwind. It would have been a great way to show off not only Varian, but also his boat could have come into SW Harbor, thus showing off the Harbor.

I know, I know, then the Horde would need something too...not sure what that would be, but this was a big event in the Alliance side of the story, and it was just..Log out one day with Bolvar and prestor there, and log in the next with Varian there.

There was an event in the comic... Ok, well sort of. ;) Definitely some interesting goings on in the World of Warcraft comic that might shed a bit more of that epic feel you're looking for.

While there are many things that would be really cool to do in game, we don't always get the time to do such things and we have some other big things planned for Wrath of the Lich King including some great story to go with it all.
