Why do I still log without my shoulders?

Or helm and consolidate buffs option can't seem to save. Shouldn't that be fixed already?

Sounds like maybe your files are set to read only so your settings aren't being saved? Try right clicking on your main World of Warcraft directory, go to properties, uncheck 'Read-only', and then agree to apply to all sub-folders and files.

That's probably beyond my boundaries, but give it a shot. If it doesn't help I'd head over to technical support.

And I think I may be completely wrong as a lot of those things are saved server-side now... Hrm.

Well, try it out and then head to tech support if it continues. :) Barring of course that this is a bug.
