My character is stuck in limbo

Last night I was running a paladin to get her holy water in Stratholme, and as I was hearthing out the server crashed. When I am on my character screen her "location" is blank, and when I try to log her in it just sits at the log in screen. I am able to log onto my other toons on that server. Anyone else having this problem and know how to fix it?

Hey guys!

We're aware that some issues are causing players to become 'stuck'. Please accept our deep apologies for any inconvenience that this may have caused as we work to respond to your petitions to resolve these issues for you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the only means to resolve this issue is to submit an in-game petition; we are unable to resolve these matters via the Customer Service Forum.

If you haven't already, please feel free to submit an in-game petition using the following format:

• Always use the ‘Character Stuck’ button when you submit this kind of petition.
• Include the name and realm of the stuck character.
• Include where your character was before they got stuck

Additionally, please consider performing a full User Interface reset as per these instructions, as it may help resolve this issue for you:

Q u o t e:

1) *IMPORTANT* Exit the World of Warcraft to your desktop by logging out of the game and exiting. If World of Warcraft isn't closed, then these steps won't have the desired effect.

2) If you used an "installer" for a custom UI, see if it has an "uninstaller" and use it.

3) Inside the World of Warcraft Program Folder, delete the "WTF," "Cache," and "Interface" folders.

4) Restart your computer.

5) Please do not reinstall Addons prior to testing the issue you were experiencing.

6) Make sure that you are using WOW.EXE or LAUNCHER.EXE to start the game. Please do not run any UI installers beforehand, as we want to eliminate them as part of the issue.

7) Upon launching the game, you should see the Intro cinematic movie and be prompted to agree to the Terms of Use. Once you authenticate past the login screen, the “AddOns” button should no longer be visible at the lower left corner of the character selection screen. Both points mentioned previously must hold true if you should complete the aforementioned steps correctly.

*IMPORTANT*: Please note that certain options (basic Interface Panel options such as combat text, macros, and keybindings) are now stored realm side and will not be reset using this method.
