Attempting to transfer servers, error?

I have less than 10,000G (I had to buy stuff to get less than 10k gold)
I logged out over 20 minutes ago
I'm pretty sure I'm not the leader of a guild.

Any advice? Im trying to transfer to Azjol-Nerub

Edit: So I started the transfer, but it says Paid Character Transfers are no longer available. Is my character still going to be transferred since it said for me that it is occurring? Thanks.

The original issue resulting in the creation of this thread has been resolved, however the paid transfer and name change services have been temporarily taken offline to alleviate stress on some of our databases. We intend to have these systems reactivated later tonight.

I don't believe you will have to redo the transfer if it is currently pending, it will just be on hold until the system is reinstated.
