RaF level grant issue

I recruited a friend and he was linked to my account. My friend and i leveled a toon to 58, and i had a 30 alt on the same account. He went to grant me levels from his 58 and 2 level grants went through then he said the option wasnt available. We're still linked together, i recruited him and I am still a lower level then he is. Am i missing something?

Very sorry about this folks, I know this is very inconvenient.

The good news is this is actually known - and they are working on it.

Right this moment, any levels gained after the patch should be fine to grant, but we are aware that levels gained prior to the patch are having an issue being awarded.

We'll try to keep you updated on this, but it may be awhile before we get any word back.
