I'm in California, what time will the serbvers come up for me? All Blizzard is saying is 2PDT and that means nothing. Is it the same as 2 PM? I see some people saying the servers won't come up until 5 PM on the east coast. Why the heck would Blizzard turn on the servers at different times?!?

IMHO, Bliz just has no idea what they're doing.
