Will i abe able to complete Narru line?

I believe it's starting with Wrath, but I'll confer and make sure that is so and come back to this thread. I could be incorrect though, but in general the idea is that once people start being able to level up, the purpose/worth of the title is diminished if you're able to get it after gaining more levels.

I've gone back and double-checked some things and you will no longer be able to get the title as of this patch. Sorry. Given that some things often change prior to a patch going live, I wanted to be doubly sure rather than giving false information, thus why I answered the way I did.

Have you seen the new Achievements system? There are a few new titles in there for people to get.
