Zul, while I suspect your issue is quite a bit different from those in this thread (they are from early October), there may be a couple things you can try.
One, try clearing your cache, cookies and temp internet files - or using another browser.
If that doesn't help, try entering 'new' at credit card, even if you are inputting the same information.
Many players have reported success with one or the other of these techniques.
If all else fails, our billing department will be happy to assist.
