I Will Not Tolerate Blizzard Harassment

I want to confirm that I will not be harassed by Blizzard based on a trip I am about to take. My vacation is coming up and I have decided to go to China. While I am there I plan on playing WoW pretty much 24/7 - I've slept a lot lately and I don't plan on sleeping at all while I am over there. I expect to level my character all the way to 70 during the vacation. It will take about two weeks.

Hopefully Blizzard will not confuse me with others who break the rules. I follow the rules. If I want to play WoW 24/7 on my vacation in China that is my right. I will not be harassed by Blizzard. I have already contacted a lawyer and we will sue everyone at the company even the janitors if I am harassed based on how I choose to use my time while I'm on vacation. You can't ban a person because they want to play WoW 24/7 for two weeks in China. That is discrimination. Trust me, we will take everyone down if there is harassment. You can believe it.

And to the GMs, I really recommend that you don't get involved. Sometimes you need to know when to stay clear of someone. If you do try to harass me you can be sure that I will be writing down your name and once I hit 70 I will track down your character and I will gank you and corpse camp you for days. You may think you are strong but trust me I will have really good gear and probably some purples so definitely don't mess with me.

I am taking screen shots of this thread as proof to back me up if there needs to be a major lawsuit filed. I will also print it out. So if you think you can delete it and get rid of the evidence trust me I am two steps ahead of you. This should show you that I am not a person to be messed with.

Regards,
Krunked

Krunked, what in your post proves that you'll be playing legitimately while in China?

Did Batta just get trolled?

For now I'll take his post at face value. If he turns out to be wasting everyone's time, I can always give him a break from the forums.

I am a man of my word. This post is a preventative measure against harassment or account suspension. I wanted to go on record in the official forums so that if people try to ban me later I can show that the trip was real. My internet lawyer said this is legitimate documentation. I will have other evidence, but this can be one piece. I also wanted to see if other people had tips on how to make sure I don’t get banned just because I like to play WoW even on my vacation. Some people have given good advice and I’m taking screen shots.

How it is proof? I will give an example. I was in the dungeon WC, for the noobs that is Wailing Caverns in the Barrens, and another member of the group asked me if he could have the blue pants if they dropped and I said yes if I can have the other blues if they dropped. He was a druid so I felt sorry for him. The pants did not end up dropping but I wasn’t going to roll on them if they did. So you can see that I keep my word.

It's not proof of anything. It doesn't prove you're going on vacation. It doesn't prove you will not be violating the Terms of Use. It doesn't even prove intent.

But... if you're telling the truth, best of luck traveling to China just to play WoW all day.

Some of you are pretty sure of yourselves. Well, how will you feel if screen shots of your posts are presented as official court evidence and you are shown to be wrong? At that point you will be pretty embarrassed. So before you go quoting willy-nilly from some “official” website I would think about that.

I've thought about it. I'm now annoyed that I even doubted in the slightest bit that your original post was a troll post. Yes, it was funny. Yes, this is locked.
