Approximately half the available tickets for BlizzCon 2007 have been sold in the first 24 hours, and they're continuing to go rapidly. If you plan to attend, we recommend getting your tickets quickly, as they are likely to sell out soon. Why are they here on the forums advertising?

It just strikes me as odd. Hey ticket sales are through the roof we better go to the forums and try and drum up some more business.

It's elementary my dear Watson. We don't want people to be surprised when we say that we are sold out. Ticket sales are going by very fast and we want those that may be waiting for their chance to buy a ticket to know that if they wait too long they may miss out. We're simply trying to inform people of the situation so they can make arrangements to buy them before they are all gone. That way when they are all gone, it's not a surprise that it happened so quickly.

I've been attempting to buy a ticket all morning and all i'm getting is errors. What's going on there blizz?

We have people looking into things. We'll update if there is an issue or if it gets resolved for you. The system is up and working, but it seems some people are having issues.
