Round 4 of permanent kara id

Yesterday(tuesday) after killing Hydross the Unstable in Serpentshrine without any existing raid id's I was given both a Serpentshrine and Karazhan raid id. I've lost track of which week is this, but it's somewhere in the second month of this problem. I know several GM's have tried to help me with this issue as well as the people on this forum, but unfortunately nothing has worked.

Last week a GM took control of my character and zoned into the same kara instance with my guild. Then he realized once they killed the huntsman that my ID did not match their ID(with me in the zone). When he zoned me out and zoned back in it was a different instance. I was told to stick around for 2 more hours while they worked on the problem but I haven't heard back yet(that was Friday). I'm hoping for some form of update or (by some miracle) a fix.

My raid ID has been removed several times now but every time I zone into a raid zone(specifically Serpentshrine) I zone out and have a raid ID for kara. It doesn't make sense, but it happens.

I'm keeping track of when it's assigning me an ID and so far the thing in common is serpentshrine. When we went and killed stuff in The Eye nothing happened with my kara ID, so I think it's just SSC that's causing it.

On friday I had Kara ID 895579. I left for the weekend for the beach and came back today(Sunday) only to find a new Kara ID 893891.

Each character is unique so even a very close name shouldn't be causing this. Our Quality Assurance Team is working with the information that Gymmy has given us so far. Hopefully they will be able to shed some light on what is happening.

I assure you, Gymmy, this issue has not been ignored both Pavonum and myself have been forwarding all the information you have provided to our Quality Assurance Team for investigation, unfortunately they have not found the cause of your issue as of yet.

We are working to get this resolved, Gymmy, your patience thus far has been extraordinary and I thank you for it. Please bear with us a bit longer.

Gymmy, I wanted to give you an update about this.

It looks like they are testing a possible resolution for the issue you and a few others have been experiencing. The information you have provided thus far has been very helpful. I don't have an ETA on when the resolution will be going in but they are trying to get through testing as quickly as they can so it can be implemented.

I don't give up easily. Although this issue is fairly unique we haven't abandoned Gymmy nor will we. We just need to investigate a few things before we move to the next step.
