The 3 raids available from the outset are Naxx, the Eye of Eternity (Malygos) and the other one under the Chamber of Aspects (another Onyxia-like).
Naxx and the Chamber of Aspects will be available right away. As it stands, to enter the Eye of Eternity, at least one person in the raid needs to have killed Sapphiron in Naxx. (second to last boss)
The next tier of raiding will be Ulduar which will be released in the 3.1 patch.
