Cake?

There is no need to make assumptions on how a new feature will work when we haven't discussed details on it. We have stated in the past that we want to add in this feature of having two talent specs, but like I said in the other thread, we don't intend to put in a feature that will just heavily favor certain classes. We are pretty aware that there are 9 going on 10 classes in the game and a feature like this will apply to all of them.
