Re-open Permanently Closed Acct. and Game

2 questions:

Apparently my account was permanently closed when I quit WoW a year ago (no, account was not sold on Ebay, hacked, etc). How can I go about retrieving my characters now that I want to rejoin the game?

Also, I purchased WoW + Burning Crusade, but have lost the CD's long ago. Is there any way I can download the game without having to re-purchase them?

Please contact Account Administration regarding the actions taken against your account while you were away. I suggest e-mailing them at [email protected]; they'll happily investigate this issue as soon as a dispute is received.
