Authentication key INVALID! *Help*

Hello my name is [removed]

I have prechesed a retailed copy of World of Warcraft as i was exicted to play world of warcraft i ran strait to my pc and installed W.o.W it istalled fine.
Then i went to manage Account on Worldofwarcraft.com and upgraded my account.

I putt the key in and tried three times but say's invaild. I went back to the shop that sold itto me "game"
In Brent Cross shopping center they told me to contact custormer support .
Beacause they cant give a code only if the game is broken they can exchage it.

So i am contacting you in help of need to play worldofwarcraft.

First, make sure it is the right key. It's a white sticker as described here:

Then check over everything you entered carefully. Are any of the digits easy to misread? Try changing O and 0's, and other similar digits.

Then check what it says before the key. For example, mine says:
World of Warcraft Authentication Key Standard Edition - US
XXXXXX-XXXX-XXXXXX-XXXX-XXXXXX

You need to call Billing and Account Services, Striza. Please use the most appropriate number in the list of numbers above.
