Just remember to post about a thousand times about when it precisely ends. Because you know it happens after EVERY single holiday, someone thought they had one more day, finds out the holiday is over, and then comes to the board to post a complaint.
So make it clear. I assume the holiday goes up to 11:59:59 p.m. October 31st, and ends 12:00:00 a.m. November 1st?
Whatever the case may be, state it clearly and often. No doubt no matter how many times you do it, you'll still get a few "WTF wheres Hallows End?!?!1/111!" threads, but at least try to minimize that. =p
