Trial account activation

I upgraded a trial account to paid yesterday evening around 8pm est, I received an email stating I could level my character past level 20 but the communication restrictions would be lifted later and I would receive another email when this is done, I am posting this at 1126am est and so far have not received the email or the ability to communicate with the account, is there a specific time limit to the activation or do I need to do something else?
