Championing... What are you thinking?!

So, you devs always talk about how you're trying to help our bag space issues and I applaud the changes being made to mounts and pets (with the new pet interface). One of the reasons I've never wanted to obtain clothes or tabards is because I do not have the bag space for them!

Now you introduce championing:

There is the link for those of you that do not know.

So now I have to obtain tabards in order to gain rep... idiotic imo. I was so happy I would be able to obtain pets now. The reason I never wanted to is because I deemed them as a waste of bag space, same with tabards.

Do the developers even talk with each other? Or are tasks just handed out and they go about their business. Seriously, wouldn't one think "Hmm if we make tabards a must for gaining rep, that will hurt bag space issues. Issues we've had for years now"?! Apparently not Blizzard devs.

I'm from California and I've smoked some good weed in my day, but I don't think it's anything compared to what you Blizz devs get. Seriously I wonder what you guys are trippin on sometimes and wish I could join in.

When the changes to pets were announced I was hoping someone was smart enough there to think of better ways to store tabards and other clothes with no stats on them (shirts, tuxedo's, etc.), but that's what I get for assuming. So, once again I'll tell you what to do in order to fix this future problem of having to carry 4-10 extra tabards around:

There should be an item in game such as a "Clothes hanger" or "Coat hanger", this item would allow you to place 10-20 items on it including but not limited to Tabards, clothes with no stats on them, even hats (much like the brewfest token prizes).

It just find it astounding that you devs would find a great way to help bag space with the new pet interface and then counter it by making us NEED tabards in order to gain rep.

Another thing to help would be more bank slots and a special bag slot for warlocks and hunters to put soul pouches and ammo bags/quivers in so that we can use 5 bags for our inventory just like every other class.

The new pet and mount UI generally frees up a lot of space in players' bags already. And while this new reputation gaining system does require some new tabards, we aren't planning to require a large amount of tabards that you need to keep on your character at all times. Overall it will take up very little bag space and can be worked around easily with very basic inventory management.

Would it kill you to say

"you're right, this doesnt make any sense in light of our efforts to free up bag space"

I mean you can't be serious that you think this makes sense. Most players will need to carry around a tabard for all factions they are farming rep for, or they will be making frequent trips to the bank. You kow that place that most of us fill up with mounts, pets, and armor.

I'm curious, if "basic inventory management" is all thats needed here, why get rid of mounts and pets as items to begin with. This is an example of a philosophy for game improvement that simply wasnt followed through. I already have 11 tabards on my main sitting in the bank, which is more mounts or pets than I have.

The goal isn't to just empty your bags completely with the mount/pet changes though. With the new bags that are coming out the extra space from these should allow you to get the needed tabards to raise reputations with the various factions. I don't believe these tabards are one time purchases either, so yeah.
