Recruit a Friend Problem

Ok, i sent an email to your support staff, with an Automated response sent back to me.

I recruited my fiance through your promo, she upgraded her account. You granted her a free month, and put her credit card payment AFTER her free month for upgrading her account. My account expires on the 9th and i want my free month of gameplay added to my account. Why do I have to wait 2 months to get a free month granted to me. Seeing as how when i upgraded i paid for my month and had the free month granted AFTER the initial payment period. I know you have to "clear" her credit card payment supposedly. But i dont see why i cannot have MY promo month granted to me now.

I got little to no help on this issue, And it doesnt seem like im asking much.

I want my free month, so i can continue playing via recruit a friend. I dont think im breaking some rules or something, just want what it states in your promo.

All promotional bonuses are applied after the qualifying payment is credited.

Payments via credit card are not actually charged until any 'free bonus' time has been used up.

That's why there is an offset if time is paid for via credit card vs. a gamecard, those are applied instantly.
