Abusive Blizzard employees.

It seems to me that Blizzard employees are abusive towards me both in-game and on the forums and I don't know what to do about it. Does anyone else feel this way? I've had characters (unfairly) get their names changed, my guild name was changed to <Red Lobster>, I've been the victim of many forum bans which I felt were unfair, and I just recently checked my email to see 2 warnings from different GMs for 1 incident. I don't know what to do about this, is there any way I can contact Blizzard to ask them about this? I looked around on the main website and couldn't find anything besides the customer support forums.

Last time I went to the customer support forums I was harassed by people and I don't want to go there again.
