Time card fraud

I recently purchased several time cards from a private seller through ebay.com. These cards were previously scratched but the seller assured me that they had never been subsequently applied to any account. I have now verified that these cards were previously used by trying and failing to apply them to my account. I am in the process of opening a paypal claim against this seller and would like blizzard to furnish supporting documentation if possible. It would be useful if I could have the time when these time codes were used and the account(s) to which they were applied to substantiate my claim that they were previously used. I have tried contacting blizzard's phone support but the line has always been busy. Please let me know if this would be possible and to whom I might send the relevant time codes for verification.

If they were applied prior to my purchase, it would seem pretty obvious that they were sold under false pretenses. I am not too worried though since paypal does have the insurance guarantee and I have been successful in claims of this nature before without this sort of substantiating evidence.
