Programming 101

I know this may be asking a lot - but is there any reason this game does not use Dijkstra's algorithm? For example - to get to Amberpine lodge in Grizzly Hills from Dalaran - you first have to fly all the way down to the tip of Howling Fjord and back. WHY?!

Not all flight paths are populated by birds.

As others have pointed out, you're missing multiple nodes/flight paths.
