Where Did My Icon Picture Go?

I hadn't checked in for a few days, but I know it was gone and I was on another character when Icecrown was getting merged. Now I can once again click on my name and see information, but I am still this sillouette rather than my stunning portrait. What happened? Can I do anything to get it back?

I do notice it is correct on a couple of alts, but not on several others, if I make them the main toon here.

We're currently investigating this and the armory issues some of you have reported. Not much else to report, I'm afraid, but we do appreciate the heads up.
