That is new with the Burning Crusade and is part of a quest from the Blood Elf Ghostlands area. I am now prone to creating characters JUST to hear that song played in game or hang out in Undercity just waiting for someone else to turn it in. It's a great part of the quest and I love her backup singers. Banshees have never sounded so good.

I have, and I don't remember banshees singing in it, but it's been awhile. I'll have to watch it again now. ;)
