Recently I have recieved an email from blizzard stating my wife's account was suspended for 3hrs-final warning, for what I dont know they claimed assoicating wit account who were under investigation for violation. Are they say we should not talk to ppl in game? I dont know any other way that I could have been assoicating other than talking or partying, and how should we know that their's accounts was under investigation and not to talk to them?

I logged on the next day same routine, msg the guild whats up, hit up some friends and then carry on. and i was booted and banned. Next email recieved account was banned permanently. NO REASON GIVEN.

I have been emailing everyday, calling everyday and getting more tired every day. Finally after 2 week i received and email. "after a completely investigation we have found that the account information was shared and under no circumstance will this account be reopened.".

What kind trash is this. ITS MY WIFE ACCOUNT WE ARE TALKING ABOUT. we live in the same house, sleep on the same bed, eat out the same pot. whats her is mine and vice versa. i bought the game for her (gaved them all cd-keys as proof), i signed up the account, i pay the subscription and i am not suppose to know the info?

This is not a case of friends sharing and breaking the terms of agreement. this is my wife. on your website stated that a parent can give the child the info under your parently control section. that is sharing of info, but i dont see them being banned. so why cant a husband give his wife the p/w to her own account under me name.

I offered them ID cards, Passport picture, even a few pic from my wedding albumn. and yet no response.

So I beg of you, fellow friend of the WoW community appeal to this letter and help put a stop to blizzard and their UNFAIRNESS.

Because the Terms of Use (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/legal/termsofuse.html) do not grant permission for anyone save one (1) minor child to access the account. This is the extent of the argument.

If you wish to dispute the closure, Shottaz, you'll need to remain in communication with Account Administration; I'm afraid the Game Master department does not review or address these matters.

want to know something even more funny??

they just banned me for making this post on the forums, no apparent reason again, just account closed.

We do not ban or suspend play accounts for simply posting on the World of Warcraft forums. You may wish to review your activity in-game, as the nature of your closure likely derived from behavior therein.

SHUT UP, NO ONE CARES.

I do. Please do not violate the Terms of Use.

I wonder if a Power of Attorney makes a difference / supercedes the ToA? I know as a military spouse...I legally have access to everything of my Wife. EVERYTHING.

No.
