"Temporary Suspension" and no email

Hi,

I received a temporary suspension on my account during a raid without an email to explain to me what my problem was. I was wondering if I can have this resolved by blue or something.

Does this usually signify a permanent ban? I'm not sure - I'd like some kind of information.

It looks to be a 72 hour suspension, Kekz, you will need to get in touch with our Account Administration for more details and to dispute the action if that is your will.
