Dear Blizzard,
About 2 years ago, on Moon Guard's Horde, I was introduced to a Tauren Druid by the name of Nuhwoti, whom I later came to know better as a Draenei Mage named Aomaho. He and I became fast friends, and we spent a lot of time in game, getting to know one another in character and out. Months passed by, and by July, we had decided to become partners. We became closer and closer everyday, and would spend hours upon hours on the phone or Ventrilo, talking about whatever came to our minds. In fact, not only had we become boyfriend and girlfriend, but our characters got together as well!
Last Christmas, we met in person for the very first time. I knew immediately, from the very moment I laid eyes upon him, that we were meant for each other. Never in my life had I felt so comfortable with someone. He proposed the very night he arrived, very early Christmas morning, and I accepted, because I knew in my heart that he was the best thing that could ever happen to me. Even if it was only a few months after we got together, I knew I couldn't pass up this opportunity!
He moved down here to Texas with me from New York in June, and we haven't looked back for an instant. In a month, we'll have been engaged a year. Next year, we hope to get married.
I'm writing this for two reasons:
1) To thank you, Blizzard, for introducing me to my soulmate. Never in my life have I loved someone so deeply, so immensely, that I've nearly wept simply out of sheer joy that I will be able to spend my life at his side. Thank you so much for this blessing you have brought into my life.
2) We don't have a lot of money right now. He's still out of work, sadly, and money is tight because of rent and bills. I may not be able to afford him a Christmas gift, but I wanted to give him this much, to show that I want the world to know that I love him, and that I am his, now and forever.
From the very bottom of my heart, Blizzard, you have my greatest appreciation. If nothing else, I will always support Blizzard, simply because it introduced me to my very best friend, my beloved.
I can give you little more than my heart, my dearest Aomaho, but it is yours, now and forever.
