If you're looking to post in the old forums, that is no longer possible as they are all set to Read-Only.

If you're wondering how to change your posting character, up at the top right you should see your avatar with your character name to the left of it and a small arrow. By clicking on that arrow, you should get a pull-down menu that lets you select another character on your account(s) to post with.
