Level required to get into Sunken Temple?

Thanks in advance for any responses.

Does anyone have a chart or something with a list of the level requirements to get into instances?

I'm thinking specifically of Sunken Temple right now, but I'd like to know all of them if possible.

If this is not clear, I'm saying what level do you have to be to go through the instance entrance to get into Sunken Temple? (and all of the rest too, if anyone has a list)

The classic dungeon run-down on our site says "44-60" but whether that's recommended or an actual minimum I'm not sure. I wasn't able to find anything more concrete or stating a different level range than the above. If you travel there and try to jump in it'll tell you what level you need to be if you're not high enough, but the trip to the instance may not be worth the risk without a body guard.
