If you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page, you should see a link to a pull-down menu that states, "AMERICAS - ENGLISH (US)." Click that and you should find the option to view the site in other languages there. =)

I guess I asked for it by being a bit vague on what I was doing. Basically, the LA (or Latin America/Spanish) forums don't have the LA realm forums up just yet. You can find the LA forums here http://us.battle.net/wow/es/forum/
