Its interesting that the Dev chat specifically said

"Regarding 25 daily quests to turn in when the expansion goes live, this is something players have been able to do for the last 2 expansions and we aren't talking about changing it now."

Now, something you should know is that 4.0.3 nerfed the gold on dailies to a little over 7 gold, thats almost half of what it was prior to 4.0.3. Basically they halved the experience gain from dailies. However, anyone who had already done them or just had them in their quest log in preparation for Cataclysm gets the full 13 gold, or the full amount of experience essentially. I'd almost say that Blizzard is sending mixed messages, but then it really just comes down to them saying they are not stopping it, doesn't mean they can't nerf it to lower its value for Cataclysm.

No one is hoarding dailies before an expansion to get gold.

This is kind of interesting. Is it considered an exploit to stock up on a bunch of quests... finish them and not turn them in? Then once Cata goes live go turn them all in at once for the EXP?

No, that's valid. I remember with BC it was attempted to be curbed to some extent, but there's no intent to do so now. I've seen some guides showing how best to fill up on and then dump a full list of 25 dailies to get yourself halfway or so to 81.

Personally I think it's super lame. Why not enjoy it? The content will sure enough take you to 85 well before you complete everything. But whatever, I know some people have their own goals and that includes racing to end game. (Or maybe they've done it five times in beta already.) It just makes me a little sad.
