Download Not Autorized - Blue Tracker

i keep getting a message when i try to download patches with the Blizzard downloader that says Download Not Authorized and then it closes out the downloader. It doesn't bother me that much that it wont work its just i want to download the test realm so i can try out the Death Knight in Frozen throne and it wont let me download it. If nobody has an idea on how to fix it could you give me a website to download it from?

Post on the Technical Support Forum. They have experts that can assist you with PTR Download and Installation.

The problem you're having extends beyond the scope of the PTR. I've talked to someone in Tech Support and they've they'll handle it. You need to post there to get assistance with your problem. It shouldn't be moved this time.

Can you post some network information?

* Firewall (McAfee, Norton, ZoneAlarm, etc.)
* Router make and model (this should be printed somewhere on the front or back or bottom)
* Cable or DSL Modem make and model
