Having similar problems to most people who are experiencing lag on the eastern island.
loot lag | combat lag are the most common issues for me.

The problem is, Caitybuns, is our technicians have not been able to verify these latency reports. I have logged into the realm and I'm not experiencing any increased latency at all.
They continue to look into the issue but so far it looks like it may be a localized issue for specific players or perhaps regions.
