We felt it may prove illustrative to inform you of a present concern with Hellfire Citadel: Hellfire Ramparts. In short, all bosses shall drop Badges of Justice in Heroic mode, with the exception of the Reinforced Fel Iron Chest spawned after Vazruden the Herald and Nazan are killed.
This matter is currently under review by our Quality Assurance and Development Teams, but, due in part to technical limitations that prevent immediate redress, we may unfortunately offer no estimate as to when the disparity shall be corrected. Additionally, until a more permanent resolution can be devised, we shall sadly not be able to offer reimbursement for any Badges of Justice that would otherwise have been made available by defeating the encounter in question. For now, please accept our most sincere apologies for any distress this may have caused.
We shall ensure that players are made aware of any developments in the investigation, and subsequent resolution, of this matter. Any further updates should be reflected in the newly added In-Game Knowledge Base article entitled "Why didn't a Badge of Justice drop from the Reinforced Fel Iron Chest in Heroic Ramparts?"
