When I wake up Saturday morning on the 4th, will I still be able to do Brewfest quests & visit the vendors one last time? Or will they vanish in the night on Friday Oct 3rd?

Next to the Brew of the Month vendor is the guy you turn in the certificate to. He also sells brewfest items, is he going away then too?
The ones next to the Brew of the Month vendors do stick around.

What is the point of this guy then? If you can only buy brewfest stuff from him while the event's going...why not just buy it from the actual vendor?
Doesn't he say something like "I still have some brewfest goods on me...", which would lead one to believe he's for spending tokens when it's done?
