I Forgot My Contact Information

Hello. I registered for World of Warcraft from a Trial CD about 2 years ago. Than I upgraded my account to full. I have no memory of my e-mail address I registered my account with, or the secret answer to my secret question. This is a problem because I recently had a keylogger virus, and if this virus ever occurs again or hasn't been removed completely, somebody could have access to my WoW account and I won't be able to do anything about it. So, is there any way I can recover this information without having to call Blizzard? I don't have access to a phone for some time. Is it possible to do this through e-mail? Please help me, and mind my ignorance if I missed a topic regarding this type of issue.

Unfortunately, though, the only way to update one's registered e-mail address is to call the Billing Department.

You can also use this form as well: http://us.blizzard.com/support/webform.xml . Just select "World of Warcraft"; "Forgotten Account Data"; "Secret Question and Answer Retrieval". And yes, we're starting to accept things such as this via these types of forms. ^_^
