Pretty sure hes saying that instead of focusing on having a bunch of apathetic fat ass's trying to design a system of competitive PvP in a game where that system and generality is so far squed for the majority of players, the time might be better spent on working on class balances and mechanics.
I will remind you that the developers released Arenas a system fully designed without the forethought of 1 specific class. And have managed to sque that class's balance beyond any normal repair.
So a system where the developers clearly don't know what they are doing and are just taking pot shots in the dark should not be the focus of development or even a 5th place after thought.
