Blizz keeps hiring new people.

Since blizz is at the top of the gaming industry, a lot of accomplished people are applying for jobs there.

Heres the paradox. In order to be good at , and know anything about an MMO, you can't be accomplished at anything, because you dedicate all your time to the MMO.

So when they hire accomplished people, they are shooting themselves in the foot, because those people have no where near the experience many of the players have.

So, blizzard, start hiring people who go into interviews with neck beards and cheeto stains on their shirts! Your game depends on it!
