It looks like Deadlockem has 12 levels to grant, bud.

A character on the Recruited account earns one level to grant to a character on the Veteran account for every two levels they gain.

You'll earn your first level to grant at level 2. Remember that Characters on the Recruited account can only grant levels to characters on the Veteran account that are on the same realm of the same faction and below their current level. They also can not exceed 60th.
This is obviously the Veteran account, Kellrise, can you give me the name and realm of the character on your Recruited account?
