Account name?

Is there anyway to change the account name?
Im asking becuase my mate just quit WoW, and i said "If i pay for the monthly fee, can i have your account" He said yes, so ive taken over his account (Mainly twinks and *%#*). Ive sort of grown sick of paying for two accounts and i know that you can only Xfer to same named accounts.

Should i just cancel the 2nd account and forget about it?

Edit: I know his last name (Just wanted to add that so it doesnt come off as an eBayer, and seeing as the last name is only an inital)

Yes to both. A lot of people neglect to read the Terms of Use which they agree to when they create an account and log into the game.

An account can only ever be accessed by the registered owner of the account and the one minor (that they are the parent or legal guardian of).
