Priest Racials... concerned

i have played the game since day one and enjoyed it plenty. There was always advantages and disadvantages from each side, and the first noticable one was the priest racials. Although all horde undead get will of the Forsaken making them immune for 5 seconds of fear mechanics, and alliance dwarves channeled their energy allowing to absorb a fear ability.

Why is it that the developers do not want the horde to have "Fear Ward" is it a vendetta or specific type of game mechanic that would greatly out balance the horde over alliance. I seem to be missing this aspect of how it would be over powered in comparison to the alliance. Im sure the people who came up with the ideas for the undead and troll racials were very proud, because it made sense and felt right in line with how the class was designed.

I mean lets look a similar example alliance had paladins and horde had shamans. The horde could drop tremor totem and the alliance could bubble. That has changed both sides have the ability and quite honestly being a paladin is a lot easier and the buffs are just way too easy. So why are the alliance the ones that have the ability to use this greatly coveted ability? Are the developers trying to say well were trying to make Horde "hard mode" and alliance "easy mode" like Nightbane... hes hard most alliance would say oh no hes not hes actually really easy... all ya do is throw up fear ward and bam all done... so why cant horde have fear ward?

I know this is a topic that comes up relatively often and the most I can tell you is that Priest racials are something we want to look at again in the future. Unfortunately, I can't give you anything more specific than that as far as timelines go or specifics of what may happen.

Begging is so unbecoming, even on trolls. Stand up stra...err.. stand up and be proud of who you are!

You keep using that word.

I do not think it means what you think it means.

I've used "anon" before. Would that be better? I don't think it has quite the same ring to it though. ;/

Neth, I know we must be patient, and most of us have, but can you at least say that it won't be (for lack of better word) as half assed as the last priest racial review? I understand it takes time and thinking, but I really do believe you guys need to spend some time actually thinking what would help us as a whole (Like make elunes grace passive, or more of 10 min buff tht reduces damage taken or reduces chance of gettng crit)

Bottom line: Can we expect the poor review we got before, or an actual attempt at balancing them? I'm not trying to be rude, but it's the best way I can put it.

Thanks for any response you can give, I'd love one!

Unfortunately there isn't anything more I can share on the direction of this. I wish I could.

(Yes, I'm aware of the previous Princess Bride reference. :) )
