Cross Account Character Transfer ?

Ok, here's the deal. My husband and i have been sharing an account and a comp for the last year. Mommy's day came and i got my own comp!! WOOT! .. now, i need to get another account, so that we can actually play together instead of having to boot each other off to be able to play.

Problem: i have worked really hard at creating this character. I don't wanna really have to make a new one. How do i go about moving this character to a new account? Will there be a charge to do this, when in fact, i will be paying twice as much per month for another account anyway?

Someone, FAST, fill me in.
