Unholy should be able to name our own pets!

With all the changes going on for Cataclysm how about you fix this long overlooked annoyance, with us having a permanent pet shouldn't we be able to name it ourselves.

My other idea would be to allow us to tame and use different scourge creations like a hunter does how awesome would it be to tame an abom and have him along for the ride using his chains to reel in those running mobs in the new dungeons.

I would name my ghoul... Bob, Bob the Ghoul, or Zombie Bob

I like Dead Bob myself.

That said though, as a death knight, you're taking a creature who was dead and bringing them to unlife. So, they already have their own names right? You're just animating someone that had a life before. I'd hate to change their name on them. I'd feel bad. :(

Nice try, but do you really expect us to believe the ghouls are using their given names from their previous lives?

I try not to think about them all that much. I mean, they're a ghoul. It's not like they're a kitten or puppy. They smell. They have poor oral hygiene. I can't understand a darn thing they are saying and they have beady eyes. They do the job then go back into the dirt where they belong.

See though, that's not what we're getting as it is. We reanimate the corpse of a once-living being... and then give it a random name that has nothing to do with the name it had during its lifetime.

Or do you think Wormslobber was someone's name in life?

Hey...my mother happens to have been named Stinkrot Wormslobber in life...

I'm sure she's lovely and I meant my ghoul comments as no offense...
