(Another) Race change Question!

I was wondering if it is possible to pay for the race change now and just save it until december 7 so i can turn into a Goblin. Is that possible? or is there a certain time limit to where i can race change..

I was just wondering this because i would hate to wait on Dec 7 for (possibly) several hours to be a Goblin.
