Lost Authenticator

Well it was bound to happen eventually; my husband lost his Blizzard Authenticator.

I know he has to call billing to get it straightened out, but I was wondering what steps he will end up taking with them to access his account again. He knows all of his account info, secret password, etc and he also has the serial number of his authenticator.

Contacting Billing is definitely your most apt avenue to pursue. Given the information you've provided, Jeanelly, I believe you've everything squared away. :)
