Tabard of the Void problems

I dont know if this is the right place, but I cannot redeem my code for the tabard of the void reward.

I went to WoW's site and redeemed it. After that I went ingame to Booty Bay and tried to use the code, and the whole code will not go into the field and it says its invalid. I tried to copy and paste and manually enter the code.

You may want to try disabling your addons first, Damarcus.
