Need information. - Blue Tracker

Where I work there are a bunch of World of Warcraft players and they are all saying a Blue said that the DKs will be released before the expansion comes out to allow people who want to play DKs to level them to 70 but when the expansion comes out the DK will be locked until they get the expansion?

Don't know if this is true or false, maybe you can help me out?

For clarification's sake, no, death knights will not be released prior to the expansion release. The link was meant simply to bring attention to the information we've given about the availability of upcoming features prior to the release of the expansion itself.
